IBEKA offers free express delivery on all orders. Allow 1 to 5 business days to receive your parcel. If you have any questions regarding international delivery please contact us on customercare@ibekabag.com.
We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the sale and holiday periods, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.
Customs
When ordering products from IBEKA e-commerce for delivery outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from IBEKA e-commerce, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
RETURNS
IBEKA has a 7-day return policy: you have 7 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 7 days following receipt of the Product(s). The customer must contact the customer service beforehand via customercare@ibekabag.com to obtain a “Return Approval”.
Once you have received the return approval for your order, you can return the product(s) back to us. No parcel shall be accepted without a return approval. Returned items must comply with our returns policy: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender and returns need to be traceable and shipped on the customer’s own expense. Return will only be accepted if it is received within 14 days of the customer notifying our customer service.
The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender. IBEKA is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. IBELA cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel.
After receiving the returned product refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes or tariffs will not be refunded. Once your order has been receipted and inspected please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.

Anything posted or otherwise submitted to Jacaranda whether on the Ibeka’s website, through a mobile application, blog or via any form of social media (including by submitting an image to your social media using #Ibekabags or other Ibeka branded hashtag and tag), will be treated as public and non-proprietary. By submitting photographs, comments or other materials to Ibeka, you grant Jacaranda a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, publish and modify such submissions. All such submissions shall automatically become IBEKA LTD’s sole and exclusive property. In addition, when you post photographs, reviews or comments to Ibeka or on any of Ibeka’s social media networks, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, if any, in connection with that submission.
USE OF YOUR CONTENT
By submitting content (the “Content”) to the site, you agree:
1. The Content is your own original work and you are the owner of the copyright and any related rights;
